1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, confirming the age and research-use declaration, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this site or purchase our products.

2. Eligibility

You may purchase from this site only if you satisfy all of the following:

• You are a qualified researcher, or are purchasing on behalf of a laboratory, university, or research institution.
• You will use all products solely for in-vitro laboratory research purposes.
• You will not resell, repackage, or redistribute products for consumer, cosmetic, or human/animal consumption use.

3. Research Use Only Disclaimer

All products are supplied as research chemicals for laboratory use only. They are not approved by any regulatory authority for human or veterinary use.

No product on this site is intended for: human or animal consumption; diagnostic, therapeutic, or prophylactic use; cosmetic or food applications; or any use in clinical trials involving human subjects without the buyer independently obtaining all required regulatory approvals.

4. Buyer Responsibilities and Indemnification

The buyer assumes full responsibility for:

• Verifying that possession and use of the ordered products is lawful in the destination jurisdiction.
• Obtaining any import permits, licences, or regulatory authorisations required.
• Ensuring products are handled, stored, and disposed of by qualified personnel following applicable safety standards.
• Using appropriate personal protective equipment and safe laboratory practices.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LiyuPepLabs, its officers, and employees against any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use or misuse of products purchased from this site.

5. Orders, Payment, and Pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are quoted in USD and exclude shipping, duties, and taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect the products will be used for purposes other than laboratory research. Where an order is cancelled by us, amounts already paid will be refunded.

6. Shipping, Import, and Customs

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon handover to the carrier.

The buyer is the importer of record and is responsible for all customs clearance, import duties, taxes, and any applicable fees. We are not liable for shipments seized, delayed, or destroyed by customs or regulatory authorities.

7. Returns and Refunds

Because these are research chemicals, returns are accepted only for products that arrive damaged or defective, or that do not match the specification stated on the Certificate of Analysis.

Claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence and the batch number. Opened, reconstituted, or improperly stored products cannot be returned.

8. Quality Documentation

A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is available for each batch, covering identity (LC-MS), purity (HPLC-UV), and endotoxin testing where applicable. The COA corresponding to your specific batch is the authoritative specification for that product.

Documentation is provided for research record-keeping purposes and does not constitute regulatory approval or a fitness-for-purpose guarantee beyond the stated specifications.

9. Email Communications

If you provide an email address, you consent to receiving notifications about discounts, new products, and promotional offers. You may unsubscribe at any time by following the link in any message or by contacting us. We do not sell or share your email address with third parties for their own marketing.

10. Intellectual Property

All site content — including text, product data, analytical documentation, images, and logos — is the property of LiyuPepLabs and may not be reproduced or redistributed without prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiyuPepLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, research delays, or damage to samples or equipment.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a product shall not exceed the amount paid by the buyer for that product.

12. Governing Law and Changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LiyuPepLabs is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these terms at any time. The revised version takes effect when posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date will reflect the change. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
